Job Title: Hygiene Supervisor – Flour Operations
Location: Apapa, Lagos

Ensure all aspects of the hygiene requirements and standard are carried out daily. Monitor and ensure adherence to cleaning instructions and schedules for every hygiene activity that meet the requirements of the Food safety standard. Monitor cleaning of wheat and finished products silo. Monitor pests activities and ensure control action effected to stop such activity. Close hygiene-related gaps identified in plant hygiene audits within specified timeline. Ensure segregation, storage and timely removal of all wastes from site.

Qualifications

First degree in science-related discipline. Five (5) O-Levels credits including Mathematics and English in not more than two sittings.

Experience:

Two (2) years relevant experience.

Job Title: Packing Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
The Job

Coordinate the daily activities of the electrical and instrumentation team on shift in the packing station. Ensure that maintenance schedule is implemented and all machines operate at maximum possible efficiency. Carry out shift troubleshooting of equipment fault with the ultimate goal of cutting the unavoidable down time to the barest minimum. Ensure that delegated jobs are implemented efficiently, incurring the lowest possible downtime and highest industry standards. Ensure that feedback on all spare parts consumed returns to packing E&I manager for appropriate action.

Qualifications

Five O-Level credits including Mathematics and English in not more than two sittings. OND Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or any other related discipline.

Experience:

Two (2) years relevant industry experience, with at least one (1) year as a supervisor.

The Person Must:

Have good analytical skills. Be proficient in MS- Excel. Have process control and improvement skills. Have good communication skills. Have good interpersonal skills and team management.
