The singer’s lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, in a post via his social media page on Monday, said the court ordered Darlington’s arraignment within 48 hours after granting their fundamental rights, FREP application.

He said, “Our FREP application for Speed Darlington aka has been granted by the court. He is to be arraigned within 48 hrs or released. Issues around injustice may take time but justice will always prevail.”

Meanwhile, Deji Adeyanju, in an exclusive interview with Naija News, noted that some powerful forces are behind the arrest and detention of Darlington.
