Former husband of Nollywood actress Judy Austin, Emmanuel Obasi, has again spoken about the collapse of their marriage, sharing details of what he described as painful experiences before their separation.
In an interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Obasi became emotional while reflecting on his past relationship with the actress.
Naija News reports that he displayed photographs from their wedding and recounted events he said contributed to the end of their union.
According to him, he and Judy Austin were married and had two children together before their relationship broke down.
Obasi said that during the period they lived together as husband and wife, Judy openly admired actor Yul Edochie whenever he appeared on television.
He alleged that she frequently spoke highly of the actor and paid special attention whenever his movies were on.
Obasi further claimed that Judy and Yul were involved in a relationship while she was still living in his home.
The former husband said the memories of the failed marriage continue to affect him despite the passage of time. He stated that the emotional pain has remained with him years after their separation.
Obasi also expressed concern about his children, claiming that he has had little or no contact with them for more than a decade.
He said the situation has left him worried and saddened, as he has been unable to play an active role in their lives.
He said: “I’m the former husband to Judy Austin (Yul Edochie’s wife), we have 2 children together, wetin man do man? Anytime we were watching TV and Yul Edochie appears, Judy won’t concentrate anymore, she’ll be telling me to my face that she loves Yul and be praising him, I have evidence that they were dating under my Roof.”
The marriage between Obasi and Judy reportedly ended around 2013.
Several years later, the actress became the second wife of actor Yul Edochie.
