BREAKING: Elon Musk May Buy English Premier League Giants

Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, has revealed that the billionaire entrepreneur has shown interest in acquiring Liverpool Football Club.

In an interview, Errol was questioned about rumors linking his son to the purchase of the Premier League giants.

When asked directly if Elon had expressed a desire to buy the club, Errol, according to dailymail.co.uk, initially deflected, saying, “I can’t comment on that. They’ll raise the price,” followed by a laugh.

However, he later admitted, “Oh, yes. But that doesn’t mean he’s buying it. He would like to, yes, obviously. Anybody would want to – so would I!”

Errol also highlighted the Musk family’s ties to Liverpool, adding a personal touch to the potential interest.

“His grandmother was born in Liverpool, and we have relatives there. We were fortunate to know quite a lot of the Beatles because they grew up with some of my family. So, we are attached to Liverpool, you know,” he explained.

Fenway Sports Group (FSG), the current owners of Liverpool FC, have not commented on the matter. While Elon Musk’s interest in the club has been acknowledged, there is no confirmation of any ongoing negotiations.

Naija News reports that Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, currently owns Tesla, Space X and social media giants X, formerly Twitter.

He is also a top member of the incoming administration of US President-elect, Donald Trump.
