Pastor Femi Lazarus, founder of the Sphere of Light Church, recounted a memorable visit to the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) in Lagos.
He humorously described feeling out of place due to his modest footwear compared to the congregation’s expensive shoes.
This experience led him to skip the first-timers’ greeting and later motivated him to upgrade his wardrobe.
Pastor Lazarus shared, “I went to Lagos for Apostolic ministry and decided to go to COZA. It was an excellent church. The devil reminded me to look at the legs of my agemates. I looked at my legs and folded them under the chair. When they called first-timers, I did not go. After the service, I got angry. I went to buy shoes.”
