BREAKING: Elon Musk SLAPPED with ‘Impeachment’ Bombshell – Is This the End?

Elon Musk’s bold call for the impeachment of judges blocking Donald Trump’s immigration policies may not be as popular as he thinks. A top pollster has just issued a major warning to the Tesla billionaire, urging him to rethink his approach—or risk turning off voters.

Mark Mitchell, a commentator at leading U.S. polling firm Rasmussen, cautioned that pushing for judge impeachments could be a “loser” move politically. Instead, he advised the Trump administration to focus on reshaping the judicial system rather than removing individual judges.

Why This Matters

Musk has repeatedly blasted judges who have ruled against Trump’s policies, branding them as “activist politicians cosplaying as judges.” His latest push for impeachment came after District Judge James E. Boasberg halted deportation orders backed by Trump. Musk quickly threw his support behind Texas Representative Brandon Gill, who announced plans to file impeachment articles against Boasberg.

But according to Mitchell, this strategy could backfire.

What You Need to Know

During a heated exchange on social media, Mitchell warned Musk that he was heading in the wrong direction.

“Elon, impeachments are a loser,” Mitchell posted in a direct reply to Musk on X (formerly Twitter). Instead, he urged Congress to “unwind unruly circuit courts” and called on the Senate to use the nuclear option to overhaul the judicial system.

Despite the warning, Musk has doubled down, arguing that impeachment is “necessary” to rein in what he sees as politically motivated rulings.

Meanwhile, fresh polling from NBC News suggests that the public isn’t entirely on Musk’s side. A staggering 43 percent of voters believe the executive branch already has too much power, while only 6 percent think it has too little. When it comes to the judiciary, 28 percent feel it has overstepped its bounds, compared to just 8 percent who think it needs more authority.

What People Are Saying

The debate over judicial power is heating up, with voices on both sides weighing in.

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi defended Trump, saying these rulings “damage his authority” and put public safety at risk.
Conservative commentator Erick-Woods Erickson argued that progressive judges are making “blatantly political rulings” against Trump.
Meanwhile, Musk’s critics point out that his push for impeachment could be seen as an attempt to consolidate power rather than promote real reform.

With public opinion split and Trump’s legal battles far from over, Musk’s latest fight may be one of his riskiest yet.
