BREAKING: President Tinubu approves 4 fresh appointments [FULL LIST]

Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu on Thursday, March 27, announced the appointment of new members to the governing council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).
The special adviser to the president on information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga said Tinubu in his efforts to reinforce the board’s capacity to grow local content in the oil and gas sector approved the appointment of four members of the board.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Onanuga said the new board members were appointed after the exit of the previous representatives from various organisations.
He noted that the NCDMB is committed to exploring ways to improve on its responsibilities of overseeing and promoting Nigerian participation in the oil and gas sector among others.
Onanuga also said the new appointees are expected to use their expertise to drive local content growth in the sector.
The newly appointed members of the NCDMB board are:
1. Olusegun Omosehin from the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM)
2. Wole Ogunsanya of the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN)
3. Sam Azoka Onyechi, representing the Nigerian Content Consultative Forum (NCCF)
4. Owei Oyanbo from the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
