Super Eagles captains Wilfred Ndidi, Frank Onyeka and Calvin Bassey are on suspension alert ahead of Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final encounter with Algeria.
The trio were all booked during Nigeria’s round-of-16 victory over Mozambique and will be suspended for the semi-final if they receive another yellow card against the Desert Foxes.
Should the Super Eagles progress, they will face either Morocco or Cameroon in the last four.
Nigeria will take on Algeria at the Marrakech Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off scheduled for 5pm Nigerian time.
