After Taking Over This Railway Property, They Went Ahead To Paint It, But That’ll Not Save Them—Wike

During the inauguration of the new federal High Court complex, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State shared details about how he acquired the property originally intended for the railway to construct the High Court complex.

He explained that he took over the land because the railway corporation had neglected to maintain its cleanliness. Wike emphasized that despite their attempts to improve the property by painting it, it would not prevent him from reclaiming it. He asserted that even if they used the best paint available, he would still assert his right to the property.
