‘Wike Is Like CBT When You Ask for Favour,’ Says Attorney-General Fagbemi
The Attorney-General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi, has asserted that nobody doubts the stands of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on any issue.
Naija News reports that Fagbemi made this known at the flagging off ceremony of the construction of 300 capacity Male and 300 capacity Female hostels at the Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja.
According to the AGF, Wike is like a Computer Base Test (CBT) whenever someone ask him for a favour.
He said, “Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, we thank you for the gift of another auditorium, one thing I know is that you don’t promise what you won’t do.
“Take it or leave it; love him or hate him, you’ll know where he stands on any issue.
“If you approach him for a favour, if he’s going to grant it, you’ll know immediately. It’s like a CBT test.
“This is about the third or fourth intervention in the lives of Nigerian Law School or council of legal education and we do not take it for granted at all.”
Fagbemi also appreciated President Bola Tinubu‘s achievement in the last two years of his administration.
He added, “People have come and talked and they didn’t work their talk, you have seen what the president is doing in just two years.
“Within two years we know what you have done through the FCT Minister. Even when you were not the FCT Minister you have been showing love for the Nigerian Law School.”
