Enugu, Enugu state – The Appeal Court sitting in Lagos has affirmed the election of Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the governor of Enugu state.
According to This Day Live, the appellate court in its unanimous decision resolved all three issues against the appellant, Edeoga Jonathan, of the Labour Party (LP).
