As the nation awaits the much talked about bipartisan talks after the cease from the opposite coalitions, the Kenya Kwanza seven member committee has had a discussion of some of the demands by Azimio.
Outspoken Kikuyu member of parliament Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wa speaking on behalf of the Kenya Kwanza Coalition said that some of the things Azimio has demanded would not see the light of day.
Maintaining their prior stand that they’ll stick to discussions within the confines of the constitution he said that the reinstatement of the former IEBC commissioners would not be possible.
He scaled down to say that the Azimio Principal should be aware that there’s no law that seeks or opens room for their reinstatement as they willingly re-signed.
Touching on the opening of the IEBC serves Ichung’wa noted that Azimio was addressing the matter to the wrong persons.That that mandate can only be initiated by the supreme court.
