A video showing the moment former US President, Donald J Trump, alleging that his predecessor, Barrack Obama is the founder of ISIS resurfaced on Friday night after the terror group claimed responsibility for the Friday attack on Russia.
ISIS on Friday night claimed responsibility for an attack on a popular concert hall complex near Moscow after assailants stormed the venue with guns and incendiary devices, killing at least 60 people and injuring 145.
The terror group took responsibility for the attack in a short statement published by ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq on Telegram on Friday.
Shortly after, a 2016 video of Donald Trump saying that former US President Barack Obama is the founder of ISIS and Hillary Clinton is the co-founder resurfaced.
