Kiddwaya Explains Why He Can’t Date Broke Girls: ‘They Are Too Entitled’
Nigerian reality TV star Terseer Kidd Waya, known as Kiddwaya, has spoken about his struggles dating women who are not financially buoyant.
Speaking in an episode of Off The Record podcast, the entrepreneur said his experience dating women from lower or middle-class backgrounds has not been easy.
Naija News reports that the billionaire’s son said that many of them start off being humble and appreciative but later develop a sense of entitlement once they get used to his lifestyle.
According to him, these women often begin to compare themselves to others, wanting the same luxury items, vacations, and treatment, which turns what was once a special gesture into an expectation.
Kiddwaya said this change in attitude usually leads to disrespect and issues in the relationship, making it difficult for him to maintain such relationships.
He said: “At first, they’re thankful everything feels new and exciting. But after a few months, they start comparing themselves to others. They want the same bags, the same trips, and soon, what was once special becomes expected. The entitlement sets in and sometimes turns into rudeness. That’s been my biggest issue dating someone from a lower class and bringing them into my lifestyle.”
