The Abia State Government has revoked the Certificate of Occupancy (CoO) of one Raymond Aliga popularly called Good Seed over a property located along Okpara Avenue in Umuahia, Abia State.
Aliga was one of the powerful men around Dr Okezie Ikpeazu in his 8 year administration. He is largely seen as a wicked, self – centered bigot who has no conscience of any human feelings in him.
The order of revocation which was pasted on the property and signed by Governor Alex Chioma Otti OFR, the CoO of the property which is located at Plot R/12A Old GRA (No. 12A Okpara Avenue) in Umuahia North LGA, Abia state.
