Senator Ahmed Hassan Barat has became the victim of the Sunday business places breaking by hoodlums in Yola, Adamawa State capital
Senator Ahmed Hassan Barata confirmed to our correspondent that his store close to Yola flour mill, after Adamawa Sunshine transport services was broke down by the hoodlums.
According to him Vehicles , Machines and other valuables kept were vandalized and carted away.
Barata said many personal properties and others’ which were kept for safety were stolen.
The hoodlums according to the government press statement were this morning raided individuals stores, and business places holding matchets and attacking people for no reason.
Governor Fintiri has since declared a twenty-four-hour curfew and security agents are now chasing the hoodlums.
Our correspondent however observed that the Jimeta, the state capital and administrative base of the government is thrown into a state of confusion.
People are kept indoors and roads were deserted with security checks and scrutiny by armed military men.
