BREAKING: Bello El- Rufai expresses disappointment over rift between father, Gov Sani

Son of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, Bello El-Rufai has expressed disappointment over the rift between his father and current Governor Uba Sani.

As a member of the House of Representatives representing Kaduna North, Bello emphasized that his primary focus is on providing quality representation to his constituents, rather than getting involved in the conflict between his father and the governor.

Bello acknowledged that his father is his role model, while Governor Uba Sani is his boss, making the situation uncomfortable for him.

He likened the conflict to a Bollywood movie fight, where two enemies clash, and noted that some people seem to be enjoying the spectacle.

In an interview with the BBC Hausa Service, Bello broke his silence on the issue, stating that he would not engage in a social media fight, but if he did, it would be intense.

He emphasized his desire for peace, citing the impermanence of relationships and the importance of maintaining friendships despite conflicts.

Bello confessed that he was unaware of the reasons behind the rift between his father and Governor Uba Sani, and that he had never witnessed them insulting each other in his presence.

He also expressed uncertainty about the authenticity of the reported conflict, as neither his father nor the governor had discussed it with him.
