Social media users have responded differently to a video that shows Omoyele Sowore, the African Action Congress’s (AAC) presidential contender for 2023, informing police officers that he won’t park his car.
In the video footage, which was shared on the official X, formerly known as Twitter, account of Omoyele Sowore, the activist was seen having an argument with security operatives.
In footage, the police officers were on the road stopping vehicles when they asked the former presidential candidate and activist to park his car, but he refused.
Mr. Sowore argued that the police operatives are not supposed to be on the road.
Posting on X, Omoyele Sowore wrote:
“I will not park my car. This is the road to the Airport. You are not supposed to be here. You shouldn’t be causing traffic on this road. I am not going to park. You people should leave the road. I am not going to park. You can go and inform your boss.”
