Bayo Onanuga reports that the event took place on Friday at the State House in Abuja.

After sharing the pictures, Onanuga wrote, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu decorates Commander Guards Brigade, Col Adebisi Onasanya, Chief Personal Security Officer, ACP Usman Shugaba and Commander Presidential Air Fleet, Air Commander O. Oyesola with their new ranks. Onasanya is now Brigadier General. Shugaba is now Deputy Commissioner of Police, while Oyesola moves up as Air Vice Marshal. The ceremony took place at the State House today”.
