BREAKING: Girl accused of poisoning boyfriend, four other acquitted (Video)

Aisha Suleiman, who was wrongly accused of poisoning five people with pepper soup, has finally shared her traumatic ordeal after being cleared of all charges.

In an exclusive interview with ITV Radio, Aisha recounted how she was nearly lynched over a crime she never committed.

She firmly denied ever cooking pepper soup for anyone and explained that the false allegations stemmed from tensions following her breakup with her late boyfriend.

According to Aisha, her ex-boyfriend’s father had already barred her from visiting their home. On the day of the tragic incident, she was nowhere near the location where the deaths occurred in Afashio.

Trouble started when a viral social media post circulated her photo, accusing her of poisoning her ex-boyfriend and four of his friends. The misinformation sparked outrage, leading to a mob attack.

“I was humiliated, tied up, and doused with petrol. They were ready to set me on fire before the authorities arrived,” she recounted.

Aisha was subsequently arrested and charged in court, but human rights activists intervened, demanding a proper investigation.

The findings later revealed that the victims died from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by generator fumes, not from food poisoning.
