The governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Friday, swore in the chairman and members of the Lagos State Electoral Commission.
The senior special assistant to the governor of new media, Jubril Gawat, in a post on X confirmed the swearing-in ceremony of the new chairman, Justice Bola Okikiolu Ighile.
Ighile was sworn in alongside other members of the LSIEC and have been saddled with the responsibility to coordinate the proposed Local Government elections in the State.
