BREAKING: I Went On My Knees And Prayed For My Son To Die – Mother Painfully Confesses

Children are blessings from the Almighty to parents and always bring happiness to the families they are born into. Today, I bring you an emotional story of a mother, Rose Atieno Angira.

According to an interview with Lynn Ngugi on her LNS show on YouTube, Rose is a proud mother of a handsome 7-year-old boy named Eli. Unfortunately, Eli has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

Rose discovered she was pregnant at two months and had separated from the father of her baby. Despite this, she had a smooth pregnancy. However, Rose gave birth to a baby who was blue and required oxygen due to mild breathing problems.

Tragically, the doctor informed Rose that he had done all he could and suggested that the baby might not survive beyond the third day. After some months, Eli struggled to hold anything, and when Rose consulted a pediatrician, she was told he had cerebral palsy and epilepsy, requiring therapy. Seeking answers, Rose returned to the hospital where she gave birth but was met with harassment from the doctor, who forbade her from returning.

Devastated, Rose contemplated suicide, feeling unprepared to face society as a single mother raising a disabled child of a different race. She felt helpless as Eli would convulse whenever she attempted daily tasks like preparing food.

During a particularly difficult episode, Rose pleaded with God to take her son, but Eli survived. Feeling overwhelmed, Rose attempted suicide a second time but ultimately returned home after a moment of reflection at the shop.

Despite the challenges, Rose persevered, taking Eli for therapy where she connected with other parents facing similar struggles. Together, they formed a supportive WhatsApp group where they shared emotional and financial support.

Rose faced stigma and ridicule from friends who mocked her child, but she remained resilient. Reflecting on her journey, she said, “I went on my knees and prayed for my son to die.”
