Ganduje, who spoke in a viral audio clip, stressed that when it comes to APC, he remains the number one person who matters the most.
He said, “If you are talking about APC we are the leaders of APC. Not in local government, not in state, not zones but national as a whole”.
“If you are an APC member, you are junior and follower to national chairman. The same is true for ward, state, and zonal leaders”.
“You are now our follower and subordinate if you defect to the APC. It is crucial that you understand that the head of the household is responsible for both a child and a stranger”.
Speaking to the teeming supporters of APC gathered in Kano, Ganduje urged them not to panic or feel afraid that someone would join the party.
He went on, “Don’t be scared if someone comes to your house to get something.” Which would you prefer you going to his house to look for anything, or him coming to yours?
The one who welcomes others is the one who has much to share. The one asking where to enter is the one with nothing to offer. Please lend me your ears so I can tell you a tale. What tasks does the APC’s national chairman perform? Is it exclusive to Kano State? Everywhere I walk in 36 states plus Abuja, I embody the identities of the King, the Sheikh, the Modibbo, and the Alanguburo.
Thus, we are doing the same thing at home and requesting that the NNPP package their perishable fruits such that they may be kept fresh in a refrigerator without going bad.
We are urging them to return to the APC. Is that illegal? Leading this nation in their party is not going to be feasible, so we are pleading with them to measure and see. One who has something is the one who gives. Therefore, we can be proud of it when we visit them
