The naira on Wednesday, continued its negative run against the dollar on Wednesday at the official market.
Data released by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) revealed that in the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM), the naira traded at 1,504.3 per dollar.
This figure shows that the naira lost N1.23 against the dollar when compared to N1,503.07 it exchanged on Tuesday.
In the parallel market otherwise known as the black market, the naira ended on a positive note exchanging for N1,575 per dollar from N1,580 on Tuesday.
