Abdullahi Adamu, national president of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says the party has no choice but to win the 2023 presidential election. Adamu said this Thursday when Oluremi, wife of APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu, visited him in Abuja. She was accompanied by Nana, the wife of Kashim Shettima, the candidate for vice president of the party, and other women leaders of the party.

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has vowed to continue the agitations for the removal of the PDP National Chairman, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu despite the vote of confidence passed on the latter by the PDP National Executive Council (NEC) on Thursday. Wike added that he ‘ll fight for the return of a party structure that ‘ll allow an even representation of the Intrest of the North and South in the National Leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has reacted to the recent developments at the National Executive Council of the PDP following the resignation of the Board of Trustees Chairman (BoT), Walid Jibrin and the vote of confidence passed on the National Chairman of the Party, Senator Iyorchia Ayu.

4. Following the PDP crisis, Vanguard Newspaper reported that the former presidential aspirant of PDP, Govnoer Nyesom Wike, has aggressively reacted after the chair of PDP Walid Jibri , tender is resignation as the chairman of the Board of Trustees.

5. According to Christopher Imumolen, the Accord Party’s presidential candidate, he has the strategy to rally Nigerians behind his plans for the nation. Imumolen told reporters on Thursday that he won’t waste his time on social media publicity since he has been putting the pieces in place for years to give him the presidency of the country in 2023.
