The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has declared a nationwide protest against the recent telecommunication tariff hike.
According to a communique issued after its National Administrative Council (NAC) meeting on Wednesday, the protest is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
The NLC’s decision comes in response to rising telecom costs, which it describes as burdensome on Nigerians, especially amid economic hardships.
