Nigerians across the globe have been assured that the notorious bandit leader, Bello Turji would soon be eliminated.
This assurance was given to Nigerians by the Army leadership on Monday, February 24.
Speaking during a breakfast show on Channels Television, the Chief of Defence Operations, Major General Emeka Onumajuru said Turji would be smoked out of his hiding place and eliminated.
Onumajuru stated the military is tracking Turji and his activities and would definitely take action against the bandit leader in due time.
He said: “First, I need to let you know that there is absolutely no back and forth between Bello Turji and the armed forces.
“As I speak, Bello Turji is in hiding, completely in hiding, and the armed forces are tracking him.
“The armed forces continuously track him, and very soon, he will be eliminated.”
The Army General added that the military is aware of Turji’s current location and would close the gap on him and his remaining allies earlier than expected.
