The Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Ireti Kingibe has stated that the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike doesn’t seem to realize that people are in the FCT.
She made the statement in a post that she shared on her official X handle on Monday.
In the post that she shared on her page, she said truly she was elected to represent the Federal Capital Territory but she’s been working with a minister who doesn’t seem to know that people are in Abuja.
She wrote on her page;
“Yes! You selected me as the Senator of the FCT the highest elected office in the FCT but I have to work with the Minister who doesn’t seem to realize that there are people in the FCT so, we the Obi-dients have to figure a way around this but more importantly we cannot just lie back and say “oh they took it”, it’s the beginning”.
