The post went kind of viral.

Yesterday afternoon I saw a text in my messenger from a customer care from Chivita .

The customer care ask me where I got the hollandia.

The batch No and if I can take the picture of the pack I use .

Which I did .

She ask if they are permitted to speak with me on phone and I gave them my mobile number.

Their team reached out to me on phone.

They told me they will send their driver to my location to drop one carton of hollandia for me and one carton of percent Chivita active as a reward and also pick up the one I used .

It was evening I told them to bring it today but they insisted as today is public holiday.

They driver landed my house by 8:pm yesterday night.

This morning they called to appreciate and ask if am ok with their product and service.

They ask I take a picture with product.

They saw all your comments and will attend to everyone complain.

Chi limited is here to stay and will serve us better.

I will promote and keep patronising them as they have proven to be a good manufacturer company who gives listening hear to customers complain.
I will drop a screenshot of my conversation with their customer care in the comment section .

Me: This is exactly what I said in the last post about the tomato man. The company should have reached out to Chioma to understand what went wrong and to confirm if the product she bought was indeed from their company or a counterfeit. Instead, all they did was to arrest her.

Let me tell you, no matter how you try to justify the tomato man’s actions, his action are not how a big company should have acted. His actions resemble those of a street trader. His business should aim to grow beyond such behaviour.

Well, what do I even know about running a successful business?
