BREAKING: Pakistan alleges Iran of Violating Airspace

Pakistan has accused Iran of breaching its airspace, resulting in the tragic death of two children. The incident occurred just hours after Iranian state media reported missile strikes targeting bases belonging to the militant group Jaish al Adl on Tuesday.

In response, Islamabad issued a stern warning, deeming the violation “completely unacceptable” with “serious consequences.” The statement, released by Pakistan’s foreign office spokesperson in the early hours of Wednesday, emphasized the gravity of the situation.

Despite the severity of the accusations, Iran’s foreign ministry remained silent on the matter, offering no immediate comment. This development follows Iran’s Revolutionary Guards launching missile attacks on targets in Iraq and Syria on Monday.

Jaish al Adl, known for previous attacks on Iranian security forces near the Pakistan border, had reportedly seen two of its bases destroyed in the recent strikes, according to Iranian state media.

Although Pakistan’s statement did not specify the location of the incident or the nature of the airspace violation, it confirmed the lodging of a protest with Tehran. The head of the Iranian mission in Islamabad was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Pakistan stressed that the responsibility for the consequences would squarely rest with Iran, highlighting the occurrence despite existing communication channels between the two nations. The Pakistani military’s public relations wing did not provide an immediate response to requests for comment.

This escalating situation raises concerns about the delicate relations between Pakistan and Iran, further complicated by the tragic loss of innocent lives and the potential geopolitical ramifications.
