BREAKING: Parents Dig Up 24-Year-Old Daughter’s Corpse After Receiving a Call Alleging She Was Alive

A Nicaraguan family undertakes the unsettling task of exhuming their deceased daughter’s body for the second time, prompted by a phone call suggesting she might still be alive.

María López, 24, passed away on February 11 at New Dawn Hospital in Waspam. She was interred on February 12. However, on February 15, her parents, acting on a call to her cellphone asserting her continued existence, had her coffin unearthed from the cemetery.

The family brought López’s body home, where they performed rituals involving salt, vinegar, and lemons. Despite a doctor from New Dawn Hospital confirming her death, some family members questioned this diagnosis, leading to a traditional examination to address their concerns about signs like tears and sweat on her forehead.
