Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have successfully rescued the wife of former Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, from her abductors.
Force Public Relations Officer Muyiwa Adejobi confirmed the rescue on Thursday morning via his official X handle. He revealed that the kidnappers were neutralized during the operation and that ransom money recovered from the culprits was returned.
Mrs. Odumosu was abducted last Thursday at the entrance of her residence in the Arepo area of Ogun State.
