The Nigeria Police Force, according to ACP Olumuyiwa Prince Adejobi, remains committed to pursuing justice and apprehending criminals across various forms of crime, while upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of every citizen.
In a press statement that was released by the Force Public Relations Officer, he asserted that in the past two weeks, the Nigeria Police Force, has achieved significant milestones in combating crime nationwide.
And these efforts have resulted in the arrest of 254 suspects, including 92 armed robbers, 153 kidnappers, and 9 suspected cultists.
Additionally, 35 kidnapped victims have been successfully rescued unhurt, and 7 stolen vehicles have been recovered. Furthermore, these operations have led to the recovery of 44 arms and 477 rounds of ammunition of various calibers.
Olumuyiwa Prince Adejobi, said that a factory in Kuru, Jos, Plateau State, where rifles were fabricated was discovered by the operatives, and total of 2 Ak-47 rifles, 9 automatic pistols, and 1,800 rounds of live ammunition were recovered.
