BREAKING: Popular Lagos-based Musician, Mukaila Senwele, Confirmed Dead

A popular Lagos-based musician, Mukaila Senwele, has passed away.

The Ilorin-born artist, famous for his iconic phrase “Koni Da Fun Ebo To Se Costay,” was confirmed dead by a family source.

According to the source, Senwele died on Friday night, leaving behind a legacy of exceptional performances and unique entertainment style that endeared him to many socialites.

The musician, who hailed from Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State, was known for his captivating presence on stage.

The family member who disclosed his death said that Senwele showed no signs of illness before his sudden death. “There was no indication of sickness. He spent the day with his fans and even promised to visit the family house (Ile Esinrogunjo) later in the evening,” the source said.

The source added that the family received an emergency call about Senwele’s passing from where he had been lodging with fans.

“Upon arrival, my elder brother and others attempted to rush him to the hospital, but we lost Mukaila to the cold hands of death,” the source added.

Senwele is scheduled to be buried this morning.
