BREAKING: Shehu Sani Responds As FEC Approves Implementation Of Oronsaye Report

The former senator from the Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Shehu Sani, has reacted to the FEC’s approval of the Oronsaye report’s implementation on his official X Twitter.

According to reports, the Stephen Oronsaye Panel report would be fully implemented, allowing for the merger of some parastatals, agencies, and commissions and the subsumption, elimination, or relocation of others. This approval was granted by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

It was gathered from the report that the decision was made at the FEC meeting chaired by President Bola Tinubu on Monday.

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, revealed this to State House Correspondents.

Reacting to this development, the outspoken activist, Shehu Sani took to his X handle to air out his view and thought.

According to the outspoken activist, he made it known in his statement by saying that the Oronsaye report has gathered dust for over a decade.

However, Shehu Sani noted in his statement by saying it’s commendable that now it shall see the light of the day, and also a significant step towards cutting the cost of Governance and harmonizing federal MDAs.

On that note, Shehu Sani concluded his statement by warning that care should be taken in that aspect where thousands of Federal Civil servants will lose their jobs.
