The latest election’s presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has counseled Nigerian youths from holding their scheduled mass prayer in protest of Inec Chairman Mahmoud Yakubu.
For a few days now, a post regarding an upcoming mass prayer directed towards the Inec Chairman has been trending. The purpose of the planned prayer is to denounce the Inec chairman. Young people were urged to get together on February 25th to condemn Mahmoud for selling the last presidential election to the highest bidder, according to a widely shared tweet. They claimed that the Inec Chairman rigged Tinubu’s election.
In his words, “Curses on @inecnigeria Chairman won’t and don’t work; don’t waste your time as “youths” embarking on these embarrassing escapades of actions that have zero impact.”
