BREAKING: The Fulani Can’t Stop Our Parents From Going To Their Farms, I’m Back With The Power Of God–According to Igboho

Igboho, also known as Sunday Adeyemo, is an agitator for the Yoruba Nation who returned to Nigeria on Thursday, claiming divine intervention was responsible for his arrival. According to The Nation, he returned to take part in his mother’s burial in the Saki region of Oyo State. But according to Igboho, President Buhari sent soldiers and the Department of State Services (DSS) to his house with the goal of killing him.

Addressing his followers in Oyo State in the Yoruba language, Igboho linked the alleged assassination attempt to his activism against the killing of farmers by Fulani herders in the Southwest. He expressed his stance against the suppression of Yorubas by Fulanis, emphasizing that they would not be subdued in their ancestral land. Igboho declared, “I’m back with the power of God and authority, not that of man,” asserting his resilience in the face of perceived threats.

Igboho’s return underscores the tension surrounding his activism and the broader issues related to farmers’ safety and regional autonomy, highlighting the complex dynamics between ethnic groups in Nigeria.

According to The Nation News, He said: “Buhari sent his soldiers and DSS to arrest me in my house because I said Yorubas are not slaves to Fulanis, they can’t suppress us in our father’s land.

“Fulanis can’t stop our fathers and mothers from going to their farms. But, I’m back with the power of God and authority not that of man.”
