BREAKING: We Used Cutlasses To Hit Any Part Of Our Victim’s Body While Hoping That They Would Survive

The Federal Capital Territory police command has detained a 23-year-old head of a criminal organization that targets phones, purses, and other valuables in Abuja. The three-man gang leader, Suspect Abdullahi, claims that his group uses cutlasses to injure victims in the hopes that they will survive the assaults. He viewed his illegal actions as his only source of income and callously defended them. His disconcerting lack of empathy was evident when he blamed drugs that produced bliss for their emotional detachment.

He stated that this altered state of mind enabled them to disregard any moral qualms about robbing people. He stated further that following each operation, they sought for secluded locations to unload stolen items, separating cash from phones and valuables for resale.

He said in an interview with The Sun, ”I never felt anything because I was doing my job, my only means of livelihood. Besides, we took things that made us high. That way, we couldn’t care. There was no bad feeling about robbing anybody. We used cutlasses to hit any part of our victim’s body while hoping that they would survive it. After every operation, we looked for a quiet place to empty the bags. We would separate the monies from the phones and other valuable items and sell them off. We had standby customers for the items. Sometimes we would go to where they sell phones to dispose them as second-hand phones.”
