The 21-year-old who is of Nigerian descent was impressive for England in their opening group B encounter beating Iran 6-2 with Saka netting a brace.
It was a good game for the English players as they have made a statement at the 2022 World Cup with many fans now tipping them to succeed at the tournament.
But before the start of the encounter, Saka was spotted having conversation with his family at the stands in an awesome photo spotted on Instagram.
Bukayo was born in the United Kingdom to Nigerian parents and the Arsenal man decided to play for the country of his birth.
The Nigerian Football Federation under former President, Amaju Pinnick, tried their best to convince Saka to play for the Super Eagles, but all efforts were futile.
Saka’s goals for England against Iran came in the 43rd an 62nd minute respectively.
England will face the United States in their next game at the 2022 World Cup.
Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Arsenal hotshot Bukayo Saka beat Wayne Rooney’s World Cup record, following his spectacular performance for England against Iran.
Saka was among England’s star players during their huge 6-2 win over Team Melli in the Group B opener in Qatar on Monday, November 21.
The Gunners forward netted a brace to inspire the Three Lions to a comfortable win at the Khalifa International Stadium.
The 21-year-old’s brace was enough to help him shatter Rooney’s record of just one goal for England in the World Cup.
Despite Rooney being one of only two England strikers to score over 50 goals, the Manchester United legend was able to score just once at the World Cup. His only goal on the global stage for the Three Lions came during their 2-1 loss to Uruguay at the 2014 edition.
