Burning of Seminarian To Death In Kaduna Is A Direct Affront On FG – Senator Katung

According to Daily Post, Senator Sunday Marshall Katung, a senator representing Kaduna South Senatorial District, has condemned the burning to death of Na’aman Ngofe Danladi, a seminarian in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The lawmaker said it is sad that evil has once again visited the peaceful community.

According to him, terrorism and violence against innocent citizens should never be justified nor be a part of our daily happenings, adding that such a callous and cowardly attack on peace loving communities in the country must not be allowed to continue.

Recall that on Thursday evening, bandits invaded a residence of a Catholic priest, Reverend Father Emmanuel Okolo and set it on fire.

The seminarian who reportedly has a month to complete his studies was inside the residence while it was ablaze.

The lawmaker also said the resurgence of terrorism on the Kaduna-Kachia road is a direct affront on the Federal Government and in particular the security agencies in the country.

He said, “I unequivocally condemn this horrific terrorist attack that claimed the life of our young seminarian.
