CAN Expresses Condolences Over The Passing Of Reverend Azzaman David After His Tragic Death In A Fatal Car Accident.

The Nigerian Christian community is mourning the sudden loss of Reverend Azzaman David, a respected and courageous preacher.Reverend Azzaman, who served as the lead pastor of The King Worship Chapel and Ministry in Kaduna State, tragically lost his life in an automobile accident on Saturday. The incident happened while he was returning from Makurdi, Benue State, after concluding a three-day crusade.

While details surrounding the crash are still unfolding, family confidant Reverend Mohammed Mohammed confirmed that Reverend Azzaman died instantly at the scene.

Widely recognized both nationally and internationally, Reverend Azzaman gained popularity through social media platforms like Facebook, where he frequently engaged in live debates with Muslim scholars, atheists, and fellow Christians, earning him a large and dedicated following.

In light of this heartbreaking news, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) representing the 19 Northern States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, expressed deep grief, describing his death as a significant loss to the Christian faith.

In an official statement, CAN remarked:

“Evangelist Azzaman was a bold and fearless preacher, a staunch defender of Christianity, and a passionate advocate for persecuted believers. His life was characterized by unwavering conviction, spiritual integrity, and a commitment to truth and justice.”
