Even though all fruits are good for you, berries may be especially good for getting rid of H. pylori.

Foods like collard greens, broccoli, sweet potatoes, kale, and spinach are all good sources of vitamin A. By making your digestive tract make more mucus, these foods can help keep you from getting ulcers.
