A legal practitioner, Ola Daniel has said that it is unconstitutional for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to have declared the former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello wanted. He made this known on Arise TV noting that the court is yet to decide on an appeal filed by th EFCC.

– Tell him to honour Efcc invitation. Everyone does that why is he hiding? The commission has the right of interrogation. How do they do so when the accused is hiding.
– But it’s not unconstitutional that he bribed the judge in purchasing an order to stop his arrest??
– This is why it will always be difficult to fight corruption in high places.
