Celebrity barman, Okechukwu Pascal popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest has kicked against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, over his arraignment.
Cubana Chief Priest, who is a prominent figure in the nightlife industry and social media, opposed his prosecution initiated by the EFCC over alleged offenses bothering on Naira abuse.
During his arraignment on Wednesday for alleged Naira abuse, his counsel, Chukosolo Ojukwu, informed the court that they had submitted an application opposing the trial.
Additionally, the defendant has filed an application for bail. The proceeding was still ongoing as at the time of filling this report.
