A trending video that has captivated attention online shows the moment Delta State University DELSU VC giving away N1K notes to his students on campus.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Andy Egwunyenga in a widely shared video online, made some of the lucky students on campus smile happily over his generosity.
He was seen handing out the N1K notes to each student who came to collect their share.
When his own cash got exhausted, his colleague also handed out some more to others.
