During a sermon titled “The Aggressive Prayer of the Widow” at their Power Must Change Hands Programme, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, disclosed specific prayers that incite divine intervention.
According to him, “There are some prayers in this Bible, in the scripture that have the capacity to provoke warring angels to come and fight for you. They provoke warfare angels to get into your battle front. They can ignite heavenly fire and if you pray them, heaven will suspend all activities and attend to you. They provoke angelic violence and will press the alarm in heaven.”
He also said, “One of those prayers that provokes heaven into action is, “O God, arise, and let my enemies be scattered.” That prayer is very powerful. Another of such prayers is, “O God, arise and enlarge my coast.” Another prayer is what the apostles prayed in Acts 4, which says, “O Lord, behold their threatenings.” This is the kind of prayer when you report to God and say “You hear what they are saying”.
Further he said, “There are some prayers that work during the day, and there are some prayers that work at night. There are some prayers that work better during the day, and there are some prayers that work better at night. Listen carefully: there are prayers, and there are prayers.
Finally, he said that all these prayers provoke the vengeance of heaven. The prayer of vengeance is even the prayer point the psalmist prays the most.
