FCT Police Launch Urgent Manhunt After Shocking Gunmen Attack on Abuja Estate! What They Found Will Leave You Speechless!

The Police Command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has initiated a comprehensive search operation following a violent incident at Efab Global Estate, located in the Idu Industrial Area of Abuja.Late on Wednesday night, over 20 armed men invaded the estate, resulting in injuries to at least five security guards and extensive theft from several homes.

Eyewitness accounts indicate that the attack was meticulously planned, with gunfire used to create panic among residents.

The assailants quickly overpowered the estate’s security staff, inflicting machete wounds on five guards and proceeding to steal cash, mobile devices, jewelry, and other personal items from six residences.

One resident, who wished to remain anonymous, shared their harrowing experience: “We were jolted awake by the sound of gunfire and screams. The attackers numbered more than 20 and easily overcame our security team.

“They assaulted five guards with machetes and took money, phones, jewelry, and various valuables. Some victims were coerced into transferring money to specific accounts under pressure.”

Area Commander Life Camp, ACP Harrison Oruruo, promptly responded to the emergency call by leading a specialized team to the scene. Unfortunately, the suspects had already escaped by the time law enforcement arrived.

FCT Police Public Relations Officer Josephine Adeh confirmed that investigations are underway to track down those responsible for the attack.

Adeh added that security protocols are being strengthened in collaboration with local vigilante groups and community leaders to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

She also emphasized that FCT Police Commissioner CP Ajao Adewale encourages residents and property management to thoroughly vet private security personnel and domestic workers and to collaborate closely with local police to improve community safety.
