Northern Nigerian leaders have voiced their fear as they revealed the presidential candidate they will support in 2023 and the reason why they chose such candidate to lend their support.
Pastor Samuel Oladele, who serves as the President of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide, has encouraged Christians to cast their ballots for candidates in the general election of 2023 who will look out for the interests of the Christian community.
Meanwhile, former President Goodluck Jonathan has issued a warning to politicians and their parties to avoid resorting to violence in the run- up to the general elections that will take place in 2023 in the country. Jonathan stated that Nigeria must continue to exist before electing a new President.

According to the Daily Post, the leaders in Northern Nigeria have aired out their concern that they will only support a presidential candidate in the 2023 election who demonstrates the ability to effectively combat insecurity and liberate Nigerians from the issues they face today.
During a summit that lasted for two days in Abuja and was organized by a group called Arewa New Agenda, the leaders of the 19 Northern States and Abuja made their position known to the attendees.
