I Will Now Have Time For My Cattle – President Buhari Says As He Set To Leave Office On May 29

The outgoing President, Muhammadu Buhari has revealed what he would do after his tenure at Aso Rock.

The President noted that he would now have time for his cattles in Daura, Katsina State after his tenure.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari will leave office on the 29th of May after his expiration of his tenure. He defeated Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in the 2015 presidential election and also beat the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to stay in power in 2019.

The President who spoke during a valedictory session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) and at a meeting with staff of Aso Villa said; “I will also be happy to do the many things that I have not been able to since May 29th, 2015, one of such is my favorite pastime of taking care of my cattle,”

President Muhammadu Buhari, during the event thanked all the federal ministers for their steadfastness in pursuing the goals of the administration, urging support for the incoming president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, even from outside government.

Recall that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress defeated Peter Obi of the Labour Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.
