If There Is Dispute About Constitution On Election Of President, why Swear In Tinubu-Sam Amadi

The former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission(NERC), Dr. Sam Amadi has taken to his Twitter to say if there is a dispute about the constitutional provision on the election of president, why swear in president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu?

Sam Amadi took to his microblogging, Twitter some minutes ago to say If there was a dispute about constitutional provision on the election of a president, why swear in a President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu without determining the constitutional validity.

On that note, Sam Amadi added to his statement by saying was it hard for the SC to resolve that question in a matter of days before the inauguration day.

Sam Amadi concluded his statement by saying this was utterly carelessness.

In his tweet, he wrote below:

“If there is a dispute about constitutional provision on election of a president, why swear in a President-elect without determining the constitutional validity.

“Is it difficult for the SC to resolve that question in matter of days before inauguration? This is utter carelessness.”
